Refund Policy

Overview

Lullify is a subscription-based service offered through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All subscription payments are processed and managed by Apple or Google, not directly by Lullify.

Free Trial

You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial expires, you will not be charged at all.

No Refunds for Unused Periods

We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period. Once a billing cycle has begun, the charge for that cycle is final. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

Exceptions Required by Law

If applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require refunds under certain circumstances, those legal requirements will take precedence over this policy.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period:

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Lullify > Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Lullify > Cancel Subscription

After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
