1. Free trial - Starter and Premium plans include a free trial so you can explore Lullify before being charged.
2. Auto-renewing subscription - After the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
3. Payment - All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Lullify does not collect or store payment details directly.
4. Final price - The exact price in your local currency is always displayed in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm your purchase. The store is the source of truth for pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the free trial?
It depends on the plan: Starter includes a 7-day free trial and Premium includes a 3-day free trial. The Family plan does not include a free trial. You get full access to the plan's features during the trial. No charge is made until the trial period ends.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the end of your free trial, unless you cancel before it expires. After that, your subscription auto-renews at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Lullify > Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Lullify > Cancel
You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.
Can I get a refund?
We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law. Since payments are handled by Apple or Google, refund requests must be directed to the respective app store. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I save with yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly subscriptions are cheaper per month compared to monthly billing. You can choose your billing frequency when subscribing in the app. The exact savings are shown in the App Store or Google Play.
